Right of Withdrawal / Refund Policy
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, unless an exception applies under applicable law.
Digital Products
The Press Man Blueprint is a digital product delivered by download link after purchase.
By purchasing a digital product and accessing the download, you acknowledge that the digital content is made available immediately. Refunds for digital products are generally not available once the digital product has been accessed or downloaded, unless required by applicable law.
If you experience technical issues accessing your digital product, please contact us at thedbroom.coaching@gmail.com and we will help resolve the issue.
Review Services
Review products are individual coaching and film review services.
After purchasing a Review, you will receive instructions on how to submit your clips. If you want to cancel your Review before submitting your clips and before we have started working on your Review, please contact us at thedbroom.coaching@gmail.com.
Once your clips have been received and work on your Review has started, refunds are generally not available, unless required by applicable law.
If we are unable to provide the Review service for any reason, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a refund.
